1.Equipment introduction

    The device is the use of waste rubber and waste plastic cracking of fuel oil plant, plant mainly includes horizontal rotary reactor, high temperature slag, carbon black conveyor, carbon storage, gas sub-package, fractionating tower, condenser, oil storage tank, combustible gas tank, etc.

   The device has fully open feeding, high temperature slag function, greatly improves the production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers and other advantages.

2.The process flow

   Waste tires into the horizontal rotary reactor, finish feeding process. Then heating, raw materials within the reactor heating output cracking gas, through gas sub-package and fractionating tower, the cracking gas into condenser cooling drum to oil into fuel oil storage tank. Part of non-condensable cracking gas in astmospheric temperature through combustible gas tank, backfire, through the burner to burn in the furnace to heat the pyrolysis reactor. When the raw material finished pyrolysis, can make the slag, after slagging, then feed, enter into the next cycle of production.

1. Horizontal Rotating Reactor

   Horizontal Rotating Reactor is the main part of this machine,with the Q345R steel sheet, unique 360 degree rotate heating design, on the one hand, it ensure the long life by heating equality, on the other hand, it improved the pyrolysis speed.

2. Rectifying System

The unit on the vacuum drum of crude distillation tower, its internal structure, which can effectively improve the quality of products.the pyrolysis oil is low density and good liquidity with light oil color.

3. Hi temperature deslagging system

The biggest advantage: feeding system and deslagging process adopts closed design.Automatically deslagging under the circumstance of high temperature can be achieved,it can greatly shorten the process, increase output,and also reduce the labor intensity of the workers, improve the operating environment.

4. Electric control system of intelligent digital display

The system is including the display cabinet and collector of parameters on site. The temp, pressure, liquid level can be showed on the cabinet, it is also high temp, high pressure and low or high level showing functions, which reduces the risk and waste because of the human factor.

5. Catalyst

  Main effect is to increase the catalyst cracking rate, the rate of oil and oil products quality.This catalyst is our company optimizing the ratio of the catalyst afte years, in similar products, to the improvement of product oil solidifying point, it has reached the leading level.
